20-minute cross ice games with running clock for each game
Win = 2 pts / Loss = 0 pts / Tie = 1 pt
Total points will determine division winners
The top 1 or 2 teams in each division will advance to a single-elimination playoff round
Tiebreakers: Head-to-head, G/F and G/A, differential , Goals Against
No checking
AAA Players will play up a year from their age division
Teams are responsible for their own matching jerseys
All players must be registered with USA Hockey
Teams will be placed in the division of the highest-level player (per director approval)
After a team scores, all players on the scoring team must touch back at their own net and the scoring team must skate behind their own net
If the goalie covers the puck that attacking team must retreat past their half of the ice.
Teams are required to arrive on the ice ON TIME for their scheduled games. If a team is late on the ice for the start of their game, the team late to the ice will be penalized. The opposing team which is on time and on the ice will receive 1 goal for each minute the opposing team is late on the ice after the game clock has started.
Referees must ensure the game score is accurate. Referees will be in charge of keeping the score of the game with a handheld counter. It is up to the referees to communicate the final score to the official scorekeeper.
Referees will be available and enforcing USAH rules with the exception to the above.
Supervisors may be on the bench
Minor penalties result in a penalty shot
Major penalties, including fighting, will result in tournament ejection
Penalty Shots will be assessed for penalties. Players will follow behind the shooter and if the goalie saves it then the play is live. If the game clock expires after a penalty is called, the penalty shot will still take place.
Divisions may be combined to accommodate teams

Consequences: Any individual found abusing officials will face immediate consequences, which may include ejection from the tournament venue, suspension from future events, or other disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by tournament organizers.
