PHS Summer Program

Our Summer Hockey Program is a 10-week training program designed to help players develop faster, more balanced, and more efficient skating. The program offers three flexible package options, allowing athletes to skate once, twice, or three times per week depending on their schedule, commitment level, and individual development goals.

 

Each on-ice session is structured to focus on skating mechanics, edge control, balance, and stride efficiency. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, body positioning, and movement patterns that translate directly to improved speed, agility, and control during game situations.

 

To ensure high-quality instruction and individual attention, group sizes are capped at a maximum of four skaters per group. This small-group setting allows for detailed feedback, skill-specific corrections, and a training environment that supports consistent improvement.

 

By building strong foundational skating habits, players learn how to move more effectively, conserve energy, and maintain balance under pressure. This program is ideal for athletes looking to improve overall skating performance, gain confidence on their edges, and carry these improvements into the upcoming season.
