Exercise 1 - Hold for 20-30 seconds - Rest for 30 seconds - 1 set, 2-3 times per week
Exercise 2 - Hold for 20-30 seconds - Rest for 30 seconds - 2-3 sets, 2-3 times per week
Exercise 3 - Hold for 20-30 seconds - Rest for 30 seconds - 2-3 sets, 2-3 times per week
